Road Cycling Photography

I’m a bit of an amateur photographer and I want to get into more sports photography, specifically road and track cycling which I’m a big fan of. Up to now I’ve only really been doing live music photography, gigs and festivals and that kind of thing, but I did go to Beverley last year for the East Yorkshire Classic and have done the odd bit of motorsport too.

In music photography access is generally provided through publications so what I want to know is do you guys have any suggestions on websites, who run race reports/photos for the local and national events, who I can contact to provide some photos for so that I can apply for media access and get into the areas that normal spectators can’t.
