    6 speed Shimano indexed set up using a 13-18 DA freewheel…Should be a ‘new’ chain or a NOS chain….Your collective advice and wisdom is needed….thanks in advance. B-)

    any chain that’s 8spd
    any chain that’s 8spd compatible should be okay for a 6spd block too. I’d go for a SRAM PC830 or a Wippermann Intrax 708, you can have either for less than a tenner
