Help! I think I’ve broken the Fantasy Cycling game…

    Having a slight problem with my team… It’s current value is 244 credits with another 8 left to spend. Every time I change a rider the total I can spend keeps going up!

    As tempted as I am to just ‘not notice’ and stock my team with the best riders it probably wouldn’t be overlooked for too long 🙂 Is there anything you can do to fix it?

    Also, some kind of ‘report a problem’ button wouldn’t go amiss on there so you can report stuff straight from the Fantasy Cycling page.

    Ive now fixed my team cause i read this forum and checked but i could have easily left my team over budget as I thought i had an ace team (assisted with my extra 20 points).

    I think everyone else might appreciate an email just to let them know there was a problem and their teams need to be fixed.

    not quite sure what the issue is, one thing i did notice is that if you refresh a ‘remove rider’ page then it was removing the rider again and crediting you again, quite easy to whack up a good credit rating like that! or at least, it was 🙂

    I’ve reset everyone’s balance to reflect the value of their team. that means that if you’re over budget, you have a negative balance and you’ll need to do some work to your team. needless to say, teams that are over budget won’t score any points. apologies for the loophole though, i’ll see if i can find any more issues.

    There’s now a ‘report issue’ link in the menu, so you can let me know if anything’s still amiss.

    When I set my team up I had a budget of 175 and the system wouldn’t let me exceed that, I think the problems started when I began swapping riders in and out.

    Typically it would only allow me 175 credits for my team – we’ll have a tinker with the database and report back it’ll probably be later today or tomorrow though because our chief tinkerer is out of the office. Be interesting to see how many other teams have exceeded the limit too 😉
