Mark Silver

Some twenty years back, a now defunct print title ran a feature on a man known affectionately as “Mad” Mark Silver. Mark had a love of tandems and had so many that Sedis, his beloved feline moved out. From memory, he learned to build bikes before learning to ride them and his father had a passion for DS series Citroen cars. I’ve not heard anything of Mark since…Anyone know him? Is Mark a visitor to road.cc?
