Oval Rails Adapter

So I have a Canyon Grail, the one with the "split" seatpost.. Very similar to the Ergon CF3. Unlike the CF3, the Canyon's seatclamp is not suited to oval rails (The saddle rails are clamped side-to-side rather than top-to-bottom). So I'd have to get hold of the matching Canyon clamps ("wildly" expensive). Can anyone tell me if there's a way to get around this and find some "no brand" adapter that would work? Thanks!

It’s doubtful anyone 3rd party would bother manufacturing such a niche item. Personally I’d go with the official one and expect it to work as intended even if there was a cheapo option, nothing nice about a saddle that slips or rails that break when you’re 40 miles from home

Canyon do the adapters to fit

Canyon do the adapters to fit oval rails. My seat post actually came with both adaptors, but that was around 4 years ago.
