I know exactly where this is and used to commute that way myself. It is a bad stretch of road for cycling. Yes I saw that about the drugs test. Peckham Road has always been pretty dangerous for cycling. My old commute took me that way.

Driver failed a drugs test at the scene apparently. I nearly parked down there this morning to cycle to my client’s office.
