So the woman cyclist did what she's allowed to do, and then gets a ticket for the crash, despite the driver admitting being at fault? I'd like to say 'only in the US' but that wouldn't be true. https://usa.streetsblog.org/2019/10/03/oh-boise-idaho-judge-blames-cyclist-for-crash/

The kid was using a zebra crossing the the m/c overtook stopped cars – but it was the kid’s fault for cycling on the crossing. Some of the comments can only come from an irrational hatred of cyclists.
