Looking for short finger cycling gloves with no padding. Searched the iNet but can’t seem to find any. Currently have Giro Zeros but they didn’t last 6 months as the seam threads are coming loose. Any make/models out there you know of? Thanks in advance.

For zero padding, I love Hirzl gloves.

    Louis Garneau  (LG) 1 Calory

Louis Garneau  (LG) 1 Calory mitts last years, have nearly no padding, and really cheap. Interestingly they actually helped with reducing ulner nerve compression for me for some reason compared to heavily padded gloves.

Evans own brand fwe do some basic ones without too much padding, called FWE BKB mitt, very good value and are still going strong after a year.

I have a pair of Madison

I have a pair of Madison Track Mitts that have thin material on the palm. They don’t have a velcro closure and are about as plain and simple as they get. đŸ™‚

    Lots of mountain bike gloves

Lots of mountain bike gloves out there with little or no padding.

Most of the ones I’ve seen are, unfortunately, long fingered, but a pair of scissors quickly fixes that. Some fabrics will cope less well with that than others though.

The other options might be looking at weight lifting, rugby or sailing mitts.

Have a look at the Decathlon website… Lots of cheap possibilities.
