Specialized Roval Wheels

    Is anyone else have problems with Specialized replacing their Roval wheels under warranty?

    Specialized have changed their warranty for purchases after 1st July 2018 and have limited it to a 2 year period. However, Roval wheels prior to this date are specifically covered.

    Their International warranty

    clearly states that “Lifetime Warranty on Roval-branded whhels: Specialized warrants Roval-branded wheels to the original purchaser for as long as the priginal purchaser owns the Product”

    I am the original purchaser of the Roval wheel. Specialized are refusing to replace my wheel

    Otherwise, this would mean:

    Prior to 1/7/13 it is a life time guarantee

    Between 1/7/13-30/6/14 it is a 3 year guarantee up to 30/6/17

    Between (1/7/16 and 1/7/17)-30/6/18 it must go back to being lifetime

    After 1/7/18 it is only a 2 year warranty

    Really?

    If you purchaed your wheels

    If you purchaed your wheels between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014 this says Roval has a 3 year warranty. https://media.specialized.com/support/0000034485/0000034485.pdf
