Riding in Devon

Hey folks, we have a cottage booked in Devon for July (between Elmscott and Edistone, Hartland). With a human sacrifice made to the crash/injury/illness gods, I intend to take the bike and get some rides in. Does anyone have some routes they could suggest or point me towards? I’m thinking of a mix, maybe one 3-hour ride, and a few shorter ones. Thanks in advance, Dan

I don’t know that area unfortunately, if you are in or near Dartmoor I’ve done some rides around there, beautiful!

Looking at the map I’d head up and down the coast, lots of nice places to see and stop at.
