    Should be a lifetime ban and prison time.

    When people are killed by a vehicle, why don’t we just have an immediate driving ban for the driver until the facts come out? Surely it’s better to be safe than sorry and keep the dangerous drivers off the roads.

    absolutely disgusting, careless driving my are, by definition it’s dangerous because you fucking killed someone!

    These judges are a disgrace and they and the law needs changing and rapidly, we are simply not protected by this failed system.

    Dear God! Judge bangs on about protecting vulnerable road users and then slaps wrist 🙁
    Also, why did it take so long to get to court? Three year ban, but he’s been driving about for the last 14-15 months.
