Hi guys, I just wanted to know peoples thoughts on the Ribble R872 for doing long distance sportives? Doing the NC500 in July but I’m still new to cycling. Ive found alternative pannier bags as the frame has no eyelets, just wondered how comfy people find these bikes over long distances? thanks tom

Hi Tom,

I’ve had a Ribble r872 since 2014, love it. I run with 25mm tyres, its feels comfy and fast. Longest ride I have done is over 100 miles which it preformed admirably in.
