Question for those with more than one set of wheels

If you use more than one set of wheels do you have a cassette fitted to each rear and a chain that goes with that wheelset or some other way of managing or rather matching the wear. I'd like to be able to swap wheels quickly without too much faff. Anyone have any top tips here? Cheers.

Each of my rear wheelsets has its own cassette. I use the same chain on both and follow my normal routine chain maintenance.
