    He says in that article he

    He says in that article he wants to help solve transport problems by shaking the magic money tree and offering help for people to buy electric bikes and electric cars, but then goes on to say that there’s no money for cycling infrastructure and that’s entirely down to the local authorities to sort out… I think his priorities are guided by which companies are sponsoring his party this week…
