Broken back and foot after RTA – can anyone recommend a good lawyer?

I was hit yesterday by a car that pulled out right in front of me.  8 hours in A&E later, I have compression fractures in 3 vertebrae and a broken bone in my foot.

It was an accident – no malicious intent by the driver; he just didnt look.  But I guess I’m still entitled to claim through his insurance for personal injury.

I know there are loads of “cycling injury lawyers” online, including wiggle etc – but rather than just pick a random one i wondered if anyone here has any recommendations?

    thanks

+1 for Leigh Day. I was hit

+1 for Leigh Day. I was hit by a car on a rounabout a few years back and they were great in handling the claim for me. I was put in touch with them via my BC membership, but I expect they’ll deal directly too. Did the police attend and get witness contact details etc? Sounds really nasty. I hope you recover quickly and can successfully claim.
