Joined league but not showing in table

Hey all, I've been playing this for a few years but all of a sudden my team has disappeared and my points not tallying despite the screens saying I've joined these leagues. Any ideas??

I’ve got the same problem –

I’ve got the same problem – two members of our league have dropped off…and they looked like the only people I was likely to beat too!
