Is it me or does full on racing seem to have moved from GTs to one-week races? Don’t call me Oleg, but this is my impression as of late…
PS. As Porte was making his way up the final climb in the yellow jersey, with his helmet seeming kind of red-and-blue in the shade of trees, with his pelvis almost coming on top of the hadlebars and his bike roughed up underneath him in a way that only a Texan could rough it up, I tell you my heart just stopped for a second… but I relaxed again when I saw he didn’t end up winning the stage…
