Hello everyone,

My name is Anne and I study International Business and Languages in the Netherlands. To graduate I am doing an internship for Pilot Cycles and writing a thesis about the titanium bicycle market in the U.K.

I am looking for respondents who are interested in titanium bicycles. As a thank you, one titanium seat post of Pilot with the value of €179 will be raffled among the respondents who fill in the survey and like the Facebook page of Pilot Cycles (see button at the end of the survey).

Thank you very much for taking your time to help me and feel free to ask questions 🙂

You’re not the only ones.
You’re not the only ones. Cyclists seem to use strava in preference to Facebook.
I dont use Facebook anymore after getting pissed off with the amount of banal rubbish that people post on there rather than getting on with living or more importantly riding.

Their web page has some silly

Their web page has some silly mistakes and in particular the claim that titanium doesn’t suffer stress fatigue… explain the crack in my titanium frame top tube then please Pilot Cycles. They also mange to get density mixed up with weight – titanium might be less dense than steel but a kilogram of titanium ain’t no lighter than a kilogram of steel (or any other material).

I filled in the survey, but

I filled in the survey, but also have no chance of getting the seatpost, as I too have no truck with Facebook.

This is starting to seem like a theme – ”Ti Bike Riders Reject Facebook Shocker!”

It worked for me but told me at the end I only stand a chance of winning the seatpost if I like them on Facebook. Which I’m not on. Thanks…
