Respray carbon forks

Hi everyone.  So I dropped a bit of a clanger recently.  A while back, I thought it would be a good idea to stick some electrical tape on the front carbon forks on my Enigma Ecroix to ‘protect’ them from scratches when I put some of those raceblade mudguard things.  Big mistake – I went to remove the tape today as I now have fitted mudguards and to my horror the paint just peeled off!  So I’m just wondering what paints are best to use to give it a re spray? I have quite a bit of experience of building/painting windsurf & kitesurf boards but I always used a gloss roller with a 2 pack paint, but I would rather just get a can of something for ease .  Any advice appreciated!
