New SRAM Groupset(s) coming?

I’ve been in the market for a new groupset recently and having weighed up price, weight, shifting, ergos etc had settled on SRAM rival.

However, going to buy the set, it seems most/all shops are ratehr low on stock and bits, and at Merlin Cycles Rival is marked as “Discontinued November 2016”.

Any ideas if this (and the generally lower-than-usual SRAM prices) means we’re in for a new round of SRAM groupsets, or am I just being paranoid? It has been 3 years since Rival was last refreshed…
