Hi All,
The chap at Waltham Forest’s crap cycling blog (http://is.gd/dSylI) picked up my recent enquiry to the Met about enforcement against cyclists and motorists (http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/penalties_or_warnings_issued_aga#incoming-94921)
As he observed, enforcement against cyclists is rising dramatically, and enforcement against other road users is falling dramatically. I also looked at the DfT modal shares information, and cycling’s modal share doesn’t move the same way as the enforcement numbers do.
Anyway, was wondering if anyone had his contact details, so I could share the extra bits: I’ve done the FoIA request, but haven’t worked out how to pursue it …
