Hi All, Just wanted to give some recognition to Chain Reaction Cycles, recently had a Continental GP 4000 tyre fail after about 400 miles, small sidewall tear. Contacted CRC and sent photos showing problem, next day have confirmation that a replacement is in the post. Absolutely delighted as was not holding out much hope given others' comments regarding tyre problems on the forum.
