Congrats to anyone here who finished this at the weekend, there were some tough hills. Does anyone know how the chap is who I saw getting CPR from paramedics? :( :( :(

Yeah, pruaga that was a bit of a drag back at the end right into the wind. I just did the standard,after a trial 55m run a couple of weeks before. Definitely helped to know what was coming up.

A club rider did the event

A club rider did the event and has advised that a chap died after suffering a cardiac arrest. 🙁

I did the Epic ride. For me

I did the Epic ride. For me the hills weren’t too bad because I was expecting them, but the wind in the later half of the ride was tough.

Didn’t hear anything about on accident, hope anyone involved is OK.
