Di2 + Disc Brake Build Question

I’m building a Kinesis Granfondo TI disc bike.

This is my first experience of both Disc brakes and Di2 shifting. Hence a potentially silly question.

I know I can run the Di2 cables through the bottom bracket to the Junction B connector.

I assume that I can Not run the rear disc hydraulic pipe through the bottom bracket? I suppose I have to exit the downtube and go under the bottom bracket, then back into the left chainstay and out again in front of the flat mount caliper.

    Is this correct?

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

I did contact Kinesis and the answer is to run the brake pipe outside the bottom bracket.

    Kinesis have some lovely

Kinesis have some lovely pictures of their frame from various angles, including the bottom bracket cable holes.  Picture says a thousand words.

    Brake hose feeds on outside
Brake hose feeds on outside of bottom bracket usually. Thinner di2 cables feed inside.

It should be possible to run

It should be possible to run the cable through to the bottom bracket even though the frame isnt designed in this way

It maybe a little fiddly to do but i cant see why it cant be done, in fact the di2 wires tend to be more tricky due to them being more flexible

Ive built a few Colnago Di2 disc brake bikes and this is how they are routed, im quite surprised the Kinesis is done in they way it is
