I have found that I am getting ill quite a lot, and whilst I cannot state categorically that it is due to exercise, it does seem to be related to periods of increased effort.
I am aware that your immune system can be down after exercise, so was wondering if anyone has had similar issues and if so anything that you take to boost yourself (looking for natural products if possible). For more context my symptoms are chesty coughs and runny nose etc, but as I am asthmatic these then have a secondary effect on my chest.
Any thoughts appreciated.
