Bike Transfers & Mechanical Support for Ventoux Trip

    We’re planning a group trip to Ventoux this summer for 8 riders. Idealy people would like to take their own bikes so we are looking for someone who is able to pick up bikes from London drive down to Bedoin to meet us and provide mechanical support on the ride. If any one knows a company/individual that can offer this service could you please pass on their details. Alternatively a company that can orgnaize bespoke tours including transfers would be a option.

     

    Any other ideas greatly appeciated!

    Hi. One of our clients has

    Hi. One of our clients has just shown me your post. We are a small company who run bespoke trips for groups of up to 8 cyclists including transferring their bikes to and from lovely places to ride, including Mont Ventoux. In fact, on Thursday I will be picking up 8 bikes and heading south, where on Friday I will pick up a group of 8 riders who will fly down to be met at the airport. Then on Monday after 4 days world-class riding I will drop them back at the airport and bring their bikes back to them the next day. We have sorted out the flights and accommodation (just outside Bédoin) for them, and will provide full support for them throughout their weekend, and have got all the info needed about routes etc. We can carry spares, and food and water, and will film it and take photos. We are doing this for 3 groups this Summer.

    When are you thinking of going? We only have one window left during the first 3 weeks of August. The weekends of 5th-8th and 12th-15th of August are currently free.
