Our team road.cc rideout is taking place in Tunbridge Wells a week Saturday and I need some help with creating the routes.

Not having ever ridden in the area I’m looking to steal some of your local knowledge!

The start/finish point is the new Cycle Surgery/Cotswold Outdoor Store on Mount Pleasant Road, TN1 1QG.

I need two routes, one around 25-30 miles and the other 35-40 using as many quiet roads as possible. A cafe stop mid-ride would be awesome too.

Can anybody help with gpx files or anything?

    thanks in advance

    Stu

    Hey rjfrussell,

    Hey rjfrussell,

Just wanted to say thanks for your suggestions, we rode your long route today and it was stunning. A really good mix of climbs, quiet roads and scenery. Kent is a truly beautiful place to ride, the cafe was top notch too…..

    Thanks again đŸ™‚

We usually have around forty riders split into two groups for the cafe stop. As far as elevation goes, the last one had 1500ft in 25 miles which I’d say is probably about the maximum for the shorter group.
