Hi all
On Tuesday March 9th around 4-5pm, I was strangled until unconscious by an enraged taxi driver. Due to an appalling investigation that failed to retrieve the CCTV before it was erased and also failed to produce my witness details, I am now being charged with assault (the driver’s defence is that I attacked him). If just one person witnessed the strangling it will make all the difference, and save me from a criminal record and huge legal expenses.
For the record I have no previous charges or cautions and am the kind of person who prefers to talk to people rather than attempt to murder them.
