Hi,
I occasionally get numb feet on longer rides but it hasn’t really been a problem before… But now I’m using the rollers a lot and my feet don’t get a break (there’s no free-wheeling on those things!), I’m getting hot foot and numb toes etc. It’s quite uncomfortable.
My bike was fitted and that works great for me; I have ultra-wide Bont Vaypor+ shoes; I use thin socks; I have fitted insoles… The whole 9 yards. And yet I’m still having this problem and it’s getting worse. I’m a bit worried I’m headed for Morton’s Neuroma territory.
From reading various fora I get the impression that it can be a bit of a subtle problem so I think it’s podiatrist time. Can you recommend either a podiatrist who knows their cycling stuff or a fitter who really knows about feet? Ideally in or near London.
Thanks!
