Looks like this:
Just in: Moser Speed | road.cc
But the handlebar tape is very grubby with grey/white electrical tape on one side of the bars and black tape on the other side.
Frame F130301943 (note it Ends 1943, a bit more memorable.)
Also has bike register sticker on the diag bit of the frame in forward of the pedals.

Nice ride 🙁 Except gears slipping, was going to replace rear cassette this weekend.
