Hi Gang. I was reading the reviews singing the praises of 28c tyre widths and the comments about them performing best on the lastest wider rims. I was wondering if these latest rim widths are available on the mass market wheels (like Aksiums, Fulcrum 7s and Shim 105s) that most of us amateurs can afford.

Fulcrum R7 xc comes in 23mm
Fulcrum R7 xc comes in 23mm wide rims in the 2016 edition. that should give an extra edge (on a budget)
