i'm thinking of buyiny a surly steamroller.i'm going to put a back brake on it, and want to mount clamp on cable guides.i need to know the top tube diameter.anyboby help me?

Yes, I think so. The frame
Yes, I think so. The frame takes a 27.2 mm seatpost, which means the seat tube will be 31.8 (or 32) mm outside. Looking at a picture of the frame, the top tube is the same diameter.
