Women's TTT scoring

I think there are issues with the scoring for this, there are only 6 riders per team but it seems all riders on the provisional startlist were awarded points. The startlist can be found here: http://women.cyclingfever.com/editie.html?detp=view&_ap=startlijst&editie_idd=MjYwODU=
