After finding what I suspected was a crack in my Frame I took it into my LBS for a second opinion and off it went to Giant to be checked. Considering I bought the bike prior to moving to Blackpool from another shop the support I got has been fantastic.
Steve and Matt at http://www.the-bikeshop.com have been brilliant in handling the warranty claim and today called to say that a replacement frameset had arrived for me.
Giant Bikes have been top class too with a stress free warranty claim generously replacing my 2.5 year old SCR with a Defy.
It really is worth supporting your LBS especially when you get such great support when the chips are down.
