Poor service from Evans

Badly let down by north London branch of Evans. They twice promised new Pinnacle Neon would take a day to deliver. Now it's 13 days at least. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd known. I only found out after repeated phone calls to head office and branch (who have still not called me back). Have others been similarly disappointed or is it isolated problem with this branch?
