Garmin Vector and wide feet

I’m considering buying a Garmin Vector 2 power meter but am a little concerned about my wide feet…
I’m size 46 with Fizik shoes on Ultegra pedals which sometimes rub against the crank already. I noticed that Dura Ace pedal which are 2mm narrower already make the rubbing much worse.

I noticed the pedal width for the Vector pedals is considerably less. I’ve heard that these pedals come with spacers but that doesn’t move the pod any further away from my shoe, just away from the crank.

Does anyone have similar issues or am I worrying about this for nothing?
