    Friday evening saw the best local riders test themselves against the clock on Bradfield’s notorious Woodfall Lane, starting at Low Bradfield and finishing at the Old Horns Pub, High Bradfield.
    800m of lung & leg busting agony.
    Average gradient 11.6%
    Max Gradient 35.9%

    The event was won by Adam Kenway of SportGrub Kuota Cycling Team

    I have done that road on a mountain bike when cycling up to see the tour de England (France) last year. It’s a brutal hill. My reward was jacket potato from the pub at the top. đŸ™‚
