Hi, eight months ago I met with a road accident, and hurt my shoulder and knee. My bike was ruined too. My doctor said I recovered just fine, but the problem is my knee hurts every time I get on my bike. Short distances are still okay, but long distances leaves me in intense pain. I don’t know what to do. I recently read a blog on physiotherapy for Knee injury. ( http://www.physionow.ca/blog/general-category/knee-injury-custom-knee-bracing-physiotherapy-care/ ) Does that really work? I haven’t ever done physiotherapy, so I don’t know much about it. So Please advise! I have heard that if such treatments go wrong, it could intensify the pain. Is that true? Should I try it?
