will 25mm tubes be okay for 23mm tyre

I ordered some Michelin Airstop A1 inner tubes for my road bike 700c 18-23 and they have sent me 18-25 which I presume is for a 25mm tyre. Will these fit my 23mm tyres or should I return them for the correct ones.

18-25 is the range in mm it
18-25 is the range in mm it will fit so yes, it fits no problem
