I bought a Cannondale Synpase Ultegra Disc and I can’t get rid of a rattle from disc brake cable, internally routed in the front fork. Anyone else had this problem? My bike shop are suggesting pumping in some grease. Anyone have a better solution?
    Cheers

    With cables routed inside
With cables routed inside frames, the trick is to fit small zip ties in a spiral along the cable. They act as spacers to stop it touching the tube. Not sure if you’d have enough access to the inside of a fork leg though….

    Are you definitely sure that
Are you definitely sure that its not the headset knocking?
If so the best way to prevent the rattle is little rubber o rings around the cable housing (or hydraulic hose).
This will mean you will have to remove the complete housing and cable tho.
