Frame Suggestion (Comm/Gravel/Utility)

So as the title suggests I’m looking to get a new bike built up for general use and just need a frame.

Requirements are, steel, disc brakes, large tyre clearance (32/35mm) with room for mudguards.

Weight isn’t a concern, but I’d like to keep it pretty cheap. Essentially I’d like a Genesis Equilibrium disc with a larger tyre clearance, or something like the the Shand Cycles frame at a sensible price.

If it helps I’ll be sticking some Campag Veloce shifters and mechs on it and I reckon the TRP HY RD callipers.
