I’ve got a new pair of shoes. The cleats were positioned to my old shoe during a bike fitting last year – they’re perfect. I haven’t had any pain whatsoever since. I’d rather not faff about trying to do it visually if I can because I feel even if its a couple of mm out it may cause problems for me.
Does anyone know a fail-safe method of copying the position exactly? I have a vague recollection that the technician doing the bike fitting had some sort of plastic contraption he used to align the cleats exactly the same (he cleated up two pairs of shoes for me).
