Tout-terrain X-cross

Hi all, does anyone have any experience with this bike? I'm looking at trying to buy an on/off road commuting bike that is capable of some bikepacking and long days in the saddle. I'd interested in going down the Rohloff Speedhub route and possibly belt drive maybe in the future. I like the Shand Stoater FT (but cant sell my kidney right now), and more affordably the Tout Terrain X Cross but there is very little online reviews. Other contenders thought of is the Salsa Fargo.
