Hotel with guided trips in the South of France

I’m looking for something similar to the Road CC trip to the Belvedere Bike Hotel, but in France – either the South, Provence or other similarly warm area in April.

The Road CC trip sounds wonderful, but I’m trying to learn some basic French and having to at least engage with Boulangerie owners for trois pain au chocolate would be of help in progressing my stumbling language skills.

Ideally I’d like a range of route lengths etc, as per the Belvedere, and as I’ll be on my own, I’d like also to be able to join with other cyclists. I’m looking at moderately arduous days out, (60-100+miles), returning to the same base rather than touring around.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
