Best Insurance that covers the bike AND the rider?

No doubt being asked before, looking for insurance that covers the bike for general usage and during rides i.e. sportives that also covers me if I am injured in any way, being self employed, it's an important point! Bikemo seem to offer GBP20K, anyone else offer insurance along a similar vein?
