Ridley Helium C10 v Cervelo R2

I'm going to organise test rides, a bit awkward because I'm tall so larger models not in the showroom, but in the meantime I wondered what the collective wisdom was about these two as choices for my first upgrade bike? Helium C10 has 10% off, in discussions with shop regarding a wheel upgrade for the R2. 105 v Ultegra? Is the Cervelo frame that bit more "special"? Other thoughts?
