I just bought a 1946 Hill Special frame. Can any body recommend an excellent classic bike builder or shop in London to make me a Beautiful and useable bike around this classic frame? Thanks, Dean.

If you can travel down to SW London, try AW Cycles on Merton High St (end of CS7). It’s a proper old shop that’s been there for around a century, and is run by two elderly and very knowledgeable gents.
