Seen information going around that some person or people have been spreading drawing pins on the road in the Box Hill (Surrey) area. I'm sure these can't be good for motorbike or car tyres either. Presumably the culprit(s) have seen news reports of other incidents and figured that it would be a good thing to do. What is wrong with people?
