Morvelo Clothing Sizing

Can anyone advise on Morvelo's clothing sizing? I'm looking to buy a jersey and bib but worried about getting the wrong size, and as i live in France, returns are a faff. I'm normally a small but when i bought the Adidas Team GB jersey, even the med is very ight, and last year's national jersey fits just ok in med....
