    Good stage! Froome still in
    Good stage! Froome still in it. Big one tomorrow. In retrospect Hesjedal and Lulu would have been good picks today but going for 16 as my break stage as there are a lot more MPs to get. Brought in Lulu for Anacona now so got both Sanchezes but won’t make any other changes as I can’t squeeze in Aru and Valverde has a lot of table points and might go better tomorrow. Never thought he’s that great on steep climbs; he’s more of a sprinter climber really. Tomorrow’s stage got a couple of downhills near the end which might suit him more.

    Close but no cigar for me –
    Close but no cigar for me – Hesjedal would’ve meant no Aru and I bottled it. Still got 4,5,7,11,12,13,18.

    More importantly – great stage! I thought it would never end. Froome has got massive balls to let them attack like that and not try to go with them. And Hesjedal too, obviously had something left and didn’t want to blow up, ended up timing it perfectly.
